Low cholesterol recipes

Good news! Most ordinary recipes can be turned into low cholesterol recipes by removing high cholesterol food items among the ingredients, or replacing them with food items that are low in cholesterol (if there are alternatives).  However, some recipes revolve around an ingredient that is high cholesterol. Those recipes should be avoided for the sake of good health and long life. This requires a change in eating habits and calls for serious commitment and discipline.

Modifying recipes for low cholesterol content is relatively easy. All that is required is some education on the type of ingredients to remove, and the type to add. You can see the page on factors affecting cholesterol levels for more details.
